7-Day Return Window & Condition Requirements


You have 7 calendar days from the original package delivery date (as determined by your order's tracking number) to have the return package postmarked.


Eligibility & Packaging Requirements:


  • Condition: Item(s) must be returned in brand new, unworn condition. They must be free from any signs of wear or environmental impact.
  • Proof of Return: Your return package must have a post office timestamp within 7 calendar days of your original package delivery date.
  • Packaging: Prepare your item(s) in completely sealed, weatherproof packaging with your name and order number clearly written inside.


Ineligible Returns (Will Be Sent Back to Customer):


We strictly enforce our return condition policy. Items that show any signs of impact from environmental damages will be immediately rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Smoke or other strong odors
  • Pet hair or dander
  • Deodorant marks, stains, or blemishes
  • Perfume or heavy fragrance
  • Missing or detached tags
  • Snags, tears, or clear signs it has been worn


How to Initiate a Return


  1. Contact Us: Please email us at [email protected] within the 7-day window to request a return authorization number (RA#).
  2. Wait for Confirmation: We will respond with instructions on where to send your return. Do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
  3. Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package and ship the item back to us, ensuring it meets the postmark deadline.


Return Shipping & Refunds


  • Cost Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once received, the item will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets the condition requirements. If approved, your refund (minus any original shipping costs) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Non-Eligible Items: If the item is rejected during inspection due to not meeting the condition requirements, you will be notified and responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
